Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

 A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal/business checks, cash, and money orders.

 

 Q: How much is shipping?

 A: Depending upon how many items ordered and the location of the destination, shipping prices can vary from zero to hundreds of dollars.  Currently most orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping.  Large wholesale orders involving hundreds of pieces and shipping outside of new england will probably be subject to frieght charges via UPS.  To find out if your order qualifies for free shipping or to estimate a price simply contact us today.

 

 Q: How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

 A: If your items are in stock (size and color), your order will usually ship from our facility within 24-72 hours.  All items purchased in your order must be in stock before it can be shipped.  If your one or any of the items ordered are out of stock, it can delay your package from shipping out anywhere from 2-5 business days.  Once your order has shipped, the estimated arrival time will depend upon the shipping method you have chosen.

Please note:  Once your order has been shipped from our facility, PrintSpotter.com will not be responsible for arrival times and personal deadlines, since the package is out of our hands and into the hands of the carrier.

 

  Q: What types of art files do you accept for the designs?

  A: All files must be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types are .PDF, .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, & .AI. Don't have any artwork? Need a graphic designer?  Q: How much are screen charges?

 A:  Each color in a design needs to have a screen that goes with it. We charge anywhere from $15-$30 per screen, per color printed. Therefore, if you are doing a 3 color design and each screen was $15, your screen charges would be $45. To find out if you need screens and how much they might cost, contact a sales representative today.

 

 Q: Can I mix and match colors and sizes?

 A: Yes, you can mix and match whatever shirt colors you'd like at no additional charge as long as the same ink colors can be printed on all the shirts ordered. As for sizes, you can get however many of each size you need. There are no set quantities required. Larger sizes like XXL and up can cost extra as well as odd items like infant and pet items.

 

 Q: Is there a minimum number of items that must be ordered?

 A: For clothing the minimum order is 24 shirts per design. Please contact a sales representative for minimums on posters, signs, banners, and promotional products.

 

 Q: Can I combine coupons and other promotions together?

 A: No, any offer, coupon, or promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

 

 Q: Do you offer overnight shipping or rush delivery services?

 A: Yes, we do offer different rush shipping methods depending upon inventory levels and the type of products. If you have any questions or special dates that you would like to guarantee delivery by, simply contact a sales representative as soon as possible.

 

 Q: What is your return policy?

 A: Since all items are custom and personalized to your request, PrintSpotter.com can not offer any refunds or credits. Before your order goes to production you will have to sign off on official proofs that your order is completely perfect and ready for print. Once you sign off and authorize your items to print, PrintSpotter.com can not cancel, refund or issue any credits. If for any reason, PrintSpotter.com has made a mistake or error with your order, then we will without any cost make the appropriate corrections. If it is determined that you should return any product to Printspotter for inspection or refund, the product must be returned within 2 business days of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground ship methods from UPS or FedEx, any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered. If items are returned after this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.
